Make Out- bound cold calls to UK Customers
Provide product/service information and Grab Information
Generate leads (in sales-based roles)
Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and quality standards
Meet or exceed performance targets (sales, call quality, etc.)

Must have excellent verbal English communication skills
Freshers with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in
BPO / telesales
is an advantage.
Comfortable working in a
UK time zone (2pm to 10:30pm)
