Key Responsibilities:
1. Deal with customer issues and provide easy-to-follow solutions
2. Handle customer concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
4. Deliver customer support through voice calls as part of an international banking support process
5. Perform back-office tasks including data entry, KYC processing, and account updates
6. Operate according to US time zones, often during night shifts to ensure 24/7 service coverage
7. Follow strict banking compliance and data security protocols to maintain confidentiality
8. Undergo training and adhere to defined procedures before handling live operations
