International Voice Process - Junior Level
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0-3 years
Fresher\'s and Experienced both are eligible
Process: Inbound Voice
Qualification: Intermediate to Any Graduate
Shifts - Night shifts only
Week off - 2 (Rotational)
CTC:- 2,80,000 LPA to 3,50,000 LPA + Incentives
Work location - Chennai - Kovilambakkam
Cab: 2-way (Pick up & Drop)
Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle international voice calls professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Listen actively to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality of service
