Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently hiring for the position of Process Associate for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the International voice domain. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will need to effectively communicate with customers over the phone and provide timely and accurate information. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Qualifications:

- A bachelor\'s degree in Arts or Science is required for this role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work in night shifts.

- Must be able to work 5 days a week and have 2 days off.
