Position: International Voice Process Specialist - US Healthcare
Location: Adyar,Chennai
Type: Full-Time (work from home after 2 months from joining) NOTE: Interview will HAPPEN only in a direct walk-in at the Concern Company.(In Chennai) About Us: Our company is a leading healthcare solutions provider that prides itself on delivering exceptional services to clients across the United States. • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
• Assist patients with inquiries related to medical billing, insurance claims, and general healthcare information.
• Verify insurance coverage and explain benefits to patients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients regarding their healthcare bills or insurance claims.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain thorough and organized records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Prior experience in international voice processes (Min 1 year of experience in International voice)
• Familiarity with US healthcare terminology
• Strong active listening skills
• Problem-solving skills to address issues effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
