Position: International Voice Process

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working, with 2 Rotational Offs

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduate Only

Experience: Minimum 1 Year of prior Customer Service Experience is mandatory.

Mandatory Skill Requirements

Candidates must meet the following assessed language and typing standards:

Language Proficiency (English):

SVAR score of 65 (equivalent to CEFR High B2 level)

Fluency >55%

Typing Speed: 30 WPM at 90% accuracy

Salary & Benefits

Annual CTC: Up to ?6,00,000/-

Monthly Take Home Salary: ?40,600/-

Incentives: Up to ?3,500/- based on performance

Transport: One-way cab facility provided (Rotational Shift)
