Walk-in Interview for Customer Support - AST (Applicant Support Team) - International
We are hosting a Walk-in Interview for the role of AST (Applicant Support Team) in our International Voice ProcessJob Role: AST (Applicant Support Team)
As an AST member, you will be the key point of contact for our applicants, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and respond to all applicant queries received via email, chat, and outbound phone calls where necessary.
2.Ensure timely resolution of concerns to close Tickets within the shortest possible Turnaround Time (TAT).
3.Take full ownership of applicant issues, coordinating with internal departments as needed to ensure complete resolution.
4.Coordinate appropriately with internal functions and timely escalate critical issues for the necessary focus and attention.
Requirements:
Must have prior experience in an International BPO environment.
Strong command over English (both written and verbal) is essential.
Comfortable working in a Voice Process environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,213.76 - ₹32,969.01 per month
