Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively and professionally.
Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Meet performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and international customer handling protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 Year to 2 years of experience in an international voice process
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Neutral or American/British accent preferred).
Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes with a calm and empathetic demeanor.
Good interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using CRM software, call center equipment, and basic computer applications.
Willingness to work night shifts and in rotational shifts (depending on region support).
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates with relevant experience can also be considered).
Prior BPO/KPO or customer support experience in an international setup.
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
