Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for Amazon Cloud services Promote and upsell services to customers Meet sales and conversion targets Provide clear, effective customer support

Absolute fluency in English Strong communication & interpersonal skills Excellent sales and convincing skills Experience in voice process or sales preferred
