Job Opening: International BPO - U.S. Outbound/Inbound/Sales Processes Location: Malad West, Mumbai Company Overview: We are an established International BPO operating for over 20 years in Malad West, with a current employee strength of 350 employees. As we expand our operations, we are looking to hire 100 candidates for various U.S. Outbound/Inbound/Sales Processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls for U.S. clients. Meet sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service while ensuring company standards are maintained. Ideal Candidate: Communication Skills: Strong command over spoken and written English. Attitude: A go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and eager to achieve targets. Experience: Previous experience in outbound/inbound sales (preferred but not mandatory). Mindset: Target-oriented and committed to delivering results. New Joining Bonus (Effective Jan 2025): Joining Bonus: All new joiners will receive an additional one month salary as a joining bonus, paid in two parts: 50% after 3 months of employment. 50% after 6 months of employment. Benefits: Competitive salary (based on interview performance). Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives. Home Drop: Provided after the shift. Leave Benefits: 24 paid leaves annually.
