Coordinate with clients & internal teams for smooth shipments
Handle documentation and update records
Ensure timely communication with US counterparts
Support sales team with operational requirements
Make outbound calls to potential US clients
Pitch logistics & Freight services confidently
Requirements

?Fluent in English (spoken & written)

? Confident, patient, and professional on calls
