Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Follow communication scripts and guidelines when handling different topics. Document interactions and escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.

Candidate Profile:



Experience:

6 months to 4 years in international BPO/customer support.

Education:

Any graduate or undergraduate (with relevant experience).

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English Good listening and problem-solving skills Customer-first approach

Shift Timings:

Night Shifts (US/UK timezone)
