Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction:

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and inbound/outbound phone calls.

Problem Resolution:

Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of customer problems, including technical issues, billing inquiries, product questions, and service-related concerns.

Product Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.

Escalation:

Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed.

Customer Advocacy:

Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for the customer's needs and providing feedback to internal teams to help improve products and services.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, improve processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as first-contact resolution rate, customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and average handle time.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
