About the Role

Grace Staffing Services is hiring Customer Service Executives for Green Dot, a leading Fintech Platform, to handle voice-based customer support for US clients. This role offers excellent exposure to the international fintech domain and an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, professional environment.

Work Model

Initial

6 weeks of training

will be conducted

from office

. After successful completion of training, the role will transition to

Work from Home

.

Transportation

will be provided during the training period as per the below boundary limits:
Churchgate to Mira Road | CST to Mulund | Bandra to Borivali | Vashi to GTB Nagar

Qualifications

Minimum qualification:

HSC

with

6 months of BPO experience

in a voice-based customer service role (mandatory).

Graduates (freshers)

are also eligible to apply. ( All Semester Marksheet req) Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal and written). Ability to work effectively in a

target-driven environment

.
Requirements

Willingness to work

US rotational night shifts

. Must be comfortable with

6 weeks of office-based training

(no active notice period). Must have all relevant documents:

Offer letters, Bank Statement ,Experience letters, and Salary slips

from previous employers. Strong
