Hiring: Operating System - International Voice / Chat , Jaipur - Work from Office

Process: Operating System - North American Process

5.5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts - Mainly Night Shifts)

9.5 Hours per day (Including 1 Hour Break)

Rotational Week Offs

Cab Facility - Both Sides (For Odd Hours Only)

Salary & Benefits : ?30,000 CTC (Fixed)

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Technical Aptitude (Operating System Knowledge Preferred)

Comfortable with Rotational & Night Shifts

No Leaves Allowed for First 3 Months (Except Weekly Offs)

Job Responsibilities

Provide Operating System technical support to NA customers

Handle customer queries via voice process professionally

Diagnose and troubleshoot OS-related technical issues

Offer clear and effective solutions within defined SLA/TAT

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality compliance
