Role & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat or calls in a professional and timely manner.

Provide accurate information and resolve order, delivery, or product-related issues.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

Follow standard communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.

- UG Freshers are welcome!.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Good technical aptitude and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

- 5.5 Days Working (Rotational shifts, mostly night shifts)

- 9.5 Hours per day (including 1-hour break)

- Rotational Week Offs

- No leaves for first 3 months (probation period)

Salary & Benefits Upto 36k CTC
