Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the International Voice and Chat Process. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the BPO sector and engage with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:- Chat/Voice Process- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:-

Graduate/Undergraduate degree

Excellent communication skills can apply

Candidates with 6-12 months of international Chat and email process experience can Apply

Selection Process:-

HR Interview

- Assessment

- Ops Interview

Compensation:

- Freshers 2.90 LPA

- Experienced Candidates: Up to 5.5 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

Shift Requirements:- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
