About the Role:
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused International US Voice Process Executives to join our team in Madiwala. As a key member of our telecommunications process, you will be responsible for providing exceptional voice support to our US-based customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment with fixed weekend offs and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers regarding telecommunication services (e.g., billing inquiries, technical support, service activation/deactivation, plan changes, troubleshooting internet/phone issues).
Actively listen to customer concerns, identify their needs, and provide accurate and efficient solutions.
Clearly and professionally communicate information about products, services, and resolutions to customers in English.
Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues related to telecommunication services and guide customers through resolution steps.
Document all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering polite, empathetic, and effective support.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of proven experience in an
International US Voice Process
, preferably within the telecommunications or customer service industry.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
with a neutral accent and clear articulation, suitable for interacting with US customers.
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer situations.
Good problem-solving and analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively.
Basic understanding of telecommunication products and services is a plus.
Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Flexibility to work in a complete graveyard shift (US business hours).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
