Job Title: International Travel Packages Executive

Location: Ashok Vihar, Delhi - 110052

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ?50,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Travel Packages Executive who has strong knowledge of international destinations and can confidently handle client interactions. The candidate should be skilled in designing, selling, and managing international tour packages as per client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international holiday packages for destinations like Europe, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Maldives, Bali, Australia, USA, Canada, etc.

Interact with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings

Understand client requirements and customize international tour packages

Provide detailed information about countries, itineraries, hotels, sightseeing, and inclusions

Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and suppliers

Prepare quotations and close sales effectively

Manage bookings, confirmations, and post-sales coordination

Handle client queries and ensure high customer satisfaction

Maintain client records and follow up for conversions

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in international travel packages

Good knowledge of multiple international destinations

Strong client interaction and sales skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets

Knowledge of tour costing and itinerary planning

Proficiency in MS Office and travel software

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in a travel company or tour operator

Strong destination knowledge and negotiation skills

Professional attitude with a customer-first approach
