Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for Spanish-speaking clients Offer tailored travel solutions (flights, hotels, holidays) Use GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) to search, book, and issue tickets Upsell travel products (insurance, hotels, packages) Build rapport and deliver excellent customer service

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in international travel sales Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); English fluency is a plus Strong communication and closing skills Knowledge of GDS systems preferred Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. hours)
