Role Overview

As a Chat Service Representative, you will assist customers through non-voice communication channels such as

chat, email, text, and social media

. Your role includes resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns with clarity and empathy Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly tone in all interactions Ensure quick turnaround and high-quality support to enhance customer experience

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification:

High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent

Freshers are welcome;

1 year of customer service experience

is an added advantage Strong written English communication skills (grammar & spelling must be good) Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed Comfortable working in

rotational shifts

, including weekends and night shifts

Salary

?25,000 - ?35,000 CTC per month

(Based on interview performance and relevant experience)
