Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about international tour packages, destinations, and travel requirements.
Design and customize international travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Advise customers on visa requirements, travel insurance, currency exchange, and other travel essentials.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, global destinations, and promotional offers.
Achieve sales targets through effective client relationship management and follow-ups.
Provide post-trip support and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in international travel or tour operations.
Strong knowledge of international destinations, airlines, and visa processes.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
