Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the position of

International Travel Advisor

for our

Ahmedabad office

. This hiring is being conducted through a dedicated drive in Jabalpur. Candidates selected through the process

must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for full-time, office-based work.

This position offers excellent exposure in the travel service industry and is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with prior customer support experience.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to travel through non-voice channels such as chat and email Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to customer inquiries Manage booking-related issues, itinerary clarifications, cancellations, and general travel support Maintain service standards, documentation accuracy, and process compliance Work efficiently in rotational shifts, including night shifts as required

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass, graduate, or diploma holder Freshers can apply; prior BPO, customer service, or travel domain experience is an advantage Strong written English communication skills Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad after selection Comfortable with rotational and night shift schedules
