Role Summary

The company is looking for an experienced

International Tradelane Manager for India-LATAM

to lead business development, carrier partnerships, client acquisition, and tradelane profitability.

The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of

freight forwarding

,

LATAM markets

, and

global logistics operations

, with a proven track record of driving volume and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

India ? LATAM tradelane strategy

for business growth. Conduct detailed

market research

and build country-wise development plans. Generate new business from

exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders

. Own complete

P&L responsibilities

, ensuring healthy margins and cost control. Build strong relationships with

shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, LATAM agents

, and global partners. Negotiate competitive

freight rates, contracts, and space allocations

. Coordinate with internal

pricing, documentation, and operations teams

. Ensure compliance with all

Indian and LATAM trade, customs, and logistics regulations

. Support the marketing team with

tradelane-specific content and campaigns

.

Qualifications & Experience

7-15 years of experience in

International Freight Forwarding / Global Logistics

. Minimum 5 years of proven expertise in

LATAM trade operations

. Strong existing network of

exporters, importers, carriers, and logistics partners

. Preferred industry exposure:

Automotive, Engineering, Chemicals, FMCG, Industrial Goods

.

Skills Required

Expertise in

FCL / LCL, Air Freight, Breakbulk, OOG, Project Cargo

. Strong

rate negotiation skills

with carriers and agents. Excellent

analytical, communication, and client-management abilities

. Ability to manage

large accounts, pricing, and tradelane profitability
