Designation: International Trade Executive
Job Overview
The International Trade Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end movement of goods across international borders. The role ensures that all import and export activities are executed in a compliant, cost-effective, and timely manner. This position requires close coordination with suppliers, logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs authorities, while maintaining accurate documentation and strict adherence to international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage import and export shipments, including logistics planning and execution.
Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping, customs, and trade-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and internal company policies.
Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
Optimize shipping costs and transit timelines through effective negotiation and vendor management.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, duties, and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in import/export operations, international trade, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and global trade regulations.
Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and import/export or logistics management systems.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the textile industry

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹36,093.56 per month
