About the Role
As part of our Global 4PL Control Tower team, the Track & Trace Executive will be responsible for monitoring airfreight shipments end-to-end across multiple regions, proactively managing exceptions, and ensuring customers receive accurate, real-time visibility. This role demands strong coordination, analytical skills, and attention to detail to drive service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Shipment Visibility & Tracking
o Monitor global airfreight movements from pickup to final delivery using TMS/visibility tools.
o Ensure timely updates of shipment milestones - Pickup, Departures (ATD/ETD), Arrivals
(ATA/ETA), Customs Clearance, and POD.
o Validate carrier milestone data and correct any missing or inaccurate events.
o Ensure adherence to SLA for milestone visibility and status updates.

Exception Management
o Identify and log exceptions such as delays, customs holds, missing documents, or flight
offloads.
o Perform root cause analysis for recurring exceptions.
o Coordinate with freight forwarders, airlines, and customers for quick resolution.
o Escalate critical disruptions as per escalation matrix and initiate corrective actions.
o Maintain an exception dashboard and report trends to leadership.

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
o Serve as the single point of contact for daily shipment visibility updates.
o Communicate proactively with carriers, brokers, warehouses, and customers on status
deviations.
o Support customer service teams with real-time exception alerts and status summaries.
o Collaborate with internal Control Tower analysts for performance and KPI reporting.

System & Data Management
o Maintain accurate data integrity within the Transport Management System (TMS) or Visibility
Platform.
o Upload, validate, and reconcile shipment documentation (MAWB, HAWB, POD, Invoice).
o Support digital tracking enablement (API/EDI) with carriers where applicable.
o Participate in testing and feedback loops for system enhancements and automation.

Continuous Improvement
o Analyse exception trends and propose improvement actions to reduce repeat issues.
o Support development of predictive exception management using analytics.
o Contribute to SOP refinement and standardization across global operations.
o Support periodic carrier and customer performance reviews with insights.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or International Business.
? 2-5 years of experience in airfreight operations or 4PL/3PL visibility roles.
? Prior experience in a Control Tower or global logistics command center preferred.
? Proficiency in English
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Strong understanding of international airfreight operations & documentation (MAWB, HAWB, consol/deconsol, etc.)
? Experience in Track & Trace, control tower operations, or freight forwarding.
? Excellent communication and coordination skills with global stakeholders.
? Hands-on experience with TMS / visibility platforms
? Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify exceptions quickly.
? Working knowledge of Excel / BI tools for reporting and dashboards.
? Ability to work in 24x7 operations or multi-time zone coordination environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
