Role Description

Aaryan Leisure & Holidays is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

International Tour Operations Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have at least

2 years of hands-on experience

in handling international tour operations and client servicing. You will play a crucial role in designing itineraries, managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our outbound clients.

You will work directly with the company's management and sales team to curate seamless international holidays and group departures that reflect our brand's premium and personalized service promise.

Key Responsibilities

Designing customized international tour itineraries based on client requirements.
Coordinating with DMCs, hotels, transporters, and guides to ensure smooth tour execution.
Communicating with clients for pre- and post-travel services and requirements.
Responding to queries and creating quotations with accuracy and efficiency.
Finalizing bookings including flights, accommodations, visas, and insurance.
Managing documentation, payment follow-ups, and pre-departure briefings.
Handling B2B and B2C bookings, group tours, and FITs.
Supporting the sales team by providing product knowledge and destination insights.
Writing professional emails and coordinating with international vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

2 years of experience

in international tour operations.
Excellent knowledge of popular global destinations, hotels, and routing.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with visa processes, insurance, and foreign exchange norms.
Proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and tour costings.
Knowledge of GDS or booking portals is a plus.
