Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for handling international air ticket bookings, fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and cancellations. Should have strong knowledge of airline rules, fare construction, and GDS systems. Coordinates with airlines and internal teams, ensures accuracy, timely payments, and delivers efficient customer service while meeting company policies and targets.
