International Telesales Trainer



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Telesales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for global telesales teams. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing sales skills, communication effectiveness, product knowledge, and cultural awareness to drive conversion rates and revenue across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for international telesales executives Train agents on sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills Develop scripts, call flows, pitch decks, and training materials Conduct role plays, mock calls, and live call evaluations Coach agents on accent neutralization, pronunciation, and cross-cultural communication Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve conversion rates Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and skill gaps Conduct refresher training and onboarding programs for new hires Stay updated with global sales trends, compliance norms, and best practices Prepare training reports and track training effectiveness (KPI improvement)
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of international telesales processes (US, UK, Australia, or other global markets) Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Proven ability to coach and motivate sales professionals Expertise in objection handling, upselling, and consultative selling Good understanding of CRM systems and call monitoring tools Strong analytical and feedback skills Cultural sensitivity and adaptability Ability to work with diverse teams across time zones
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field Certification in sales training or coaching (preferred)
Experience

1-3 years of experience in international telesales Minimum 1 years of experience as a telesales trainer or sales coach Experience handling B2B/B2C international clients is an advantage

Work Location & Schedule

Location: [Ahmedabad Satellite] Shift: 8:00PM to 5:30AM
