About the Role -

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to support our mid-level B2B and B2C platform for the UK market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between customers and internal departments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities -

Sales & Revenue Growth o Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently. o Conduct outbound sales calls to promote products/services across B2B and B2C segments. o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers. o Reactivate dormant or low-activity customers and encourage repeat purchases. Customer Engagement & Support o Assist customers with support-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues professionally. o Resolve customer concerns promptly or escalate them to the appropriate teams when necessary. o Ensure timely and clear communication between customers and internal departments. Account Management & Administration o Maintain and update customer records, including order details, bookings, communication logs, and follow-ups. o Support administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and data entry. o Provide flexible support to teammates, stepping in during absences or peak periods as required. o Work closely with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.

Skills & Qualifications -

o Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in B2B/B2C environments). o Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement techniques. o Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner. o Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accuracy. o Experience using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools. o Target-driven, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high performance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹512,185.78 per year
