Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to US-based clients for lead generation, appointment setting, and client engagement.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to address client queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with prospects to ensure successful conversions and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
Update and maintain accurate client information and call records in CRM systems.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Key Performance Areas:
Call volume and conversion rate.
Timely follow-ups and appointment closures.
Accuracy of CRM updates and reporting.
Client satisfaction and engagement quality.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in
international calling / telecalling / appointment setting
(US process preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in the
US night shift.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and deliver information clearly and confidently.
Familiarity with CRM or calling tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
