-- no sales pressure, no complex scripts. Just friendly communication with homeowners and contractors in international markets (Canada/USA).
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners and contractors to discuss project requirements.
Share relevant project information and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.
Record call notes, updates, and status changes accurately in the CRM system.
Offer basic assistance and guide clients through the next steps of the process.
Maintain a professional tone at all times and consistently achieve daily calling targets.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
(mandatory)

Confidence in handling phone conversations and addressing client questions.
Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Freshers are encouraged to apply -- comprehensive training will be provided.
Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or telecalling will be considered a plus.
Timings
Monday to Friday -- Evening Shift (aligned with international timings)
