Responsibilities:

Handle outbound/inbound international calls

Provide accurate information and support to customers

Maintain call records and update CRM systems

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets

Ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of international calling experience

Excellent spoken English and communication skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge
