Job Role & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international leads provided by the company. Clearly explain our services to potential clients and convert leads into customers. Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Record call details, feedback, and updates in CRM or call log sheet. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery to clients.

Key Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant services. Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Prior experience in international calling or client communication preferred.

MBA in any Specialization
