About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic

International Telecallers

to join our fast-growing team in the construction management industry.
This is an

easy calling process

-- no sales pressure, no complex scripts. Just friendly communication with homeowners and contractors in international markets (Canada/USA).

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners and contractors Share project details and schedule follow-up appointments Update CRM with call notes and status Provide basic support and guide clients through the process Maintain professionalism and meet daily call targets

Requirements

Good English communication skills (must) Confident phone handling Ability to work in a fast-paced team Freshers welcome -- training provided Prior BPO or telecalling experience is an advantage

Timings

Monday to Friday -- Evening Shift (aligned with international timings)
