As an International Telecaller, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with our global clients through phone calls. You will handle various customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve set targets.
Post International Telecaller Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients.
Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or telecalling role.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
