Tele Caller Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Night Shift (US Process) - 5pm to 2am

About the Role: Join our dynamic team and connect with potential clients through outbound calls for a US-based process! If you're a proactive communicator, passionate about building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to potential leads

Track and manage call records on Excel

Follow up and nurture leads

Collaborate with sales & marketing teams

Handle objections with professionalism

Requirements: ₹ 1-2 years experience (or freshers with excellent communication skills)
Fluent English (verbal & written)
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel & CRM tools
Strong persuasion and organizational skills
Ability to work night shifts independently
