We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our team in Mohali. The candidate must have hands-on experience in international sales calling and should be able to work efficiently in night shifts. The role involves connecting with potential customers, promoting services, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound international sales calls to prospective customers. Explain and promote products or services clearly and professionally. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up records. Respond to customer questions and provide appropriate solutions. Build strong, long-term customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to support business growth. Adhere to scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in international sales calling (mandatory). Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales. Strong listening skills and customer-focused approach. Comfortable working in graveyard/night shifts. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools. Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
