What You Will Do



Make

high-volume outbound calls

to generate and qualify leads Engage prospects through

structured, persuasive conversations

Understand customer needs and pitch relevant solutions Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover Consistently meet or exceed

Who We're Looking For

Proven experience in

extensive outbound calling / lead generation

Strong communication and convincing skills High level of

energy, resilience, and discipline

Comfortable with targets, metrics, and CRM systems Ability to handle objections and follow-ups confidently Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented
