Elcom Digital is expanding rapidly into international markets (Mauritius, Qatar, UAE, Africa, Middle East, and more). We are hiring a high-performing
International Tech Sales Manager
who can independently generate leads, pitch customers, drive demos, and close deals
end-to-end.
This is
not a partner-led role
. It is
pure customer-driven sales (B2B + B2C)
for software and SaaS products.
You will be responsible for building direct customer pipelines, managing inbound/outbound leads, and delivering strong revenue from new markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, digital channels, and networking.
Build a strong international pipeline in targeted countries.
Conduct market research to identify active buyers and decision-makers.
End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the full sales cycle:
Prospect ? First Call ? Requirement Understanding ? Demo ? Proposal ?
Negotiation ? Closure ? Payment
Ensure high monthly revenue closure with consistent follow-ups.
Maintain strong customer relationships pre- and post-sales.
Customer Engagement & Product Demos
Understand Elcom Digital's complete software and SaaS product suite.
Deliver customized demos and explain product value clearly to global customers.
Handle objections, ROI discussions, and solution consulting.
Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Upsell / cross-sell multiple products to existing customers.
Maintain high conversion rates from leads to closures.
Communication & Reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene with updated lead status, follow-ups, and forecast numbers.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Revenue Head.
Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5-8 years of direct international sales experience
in software/SaaS.
Strong experience in
lead generation, outbound sales, and direct customer closures
.
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
Ability to handle global customers across time zones.
Experience in B2B/B2C software sales for countries like Middle East, Africa, ASEAN (preferred).
Proven track record of achieving targets and closing high-ticket deals.
Strong negotiation and solution-selling capability.
Preferred Background
Experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions, or business software.
Prior experience in international markets (UAE, Qatar, Africa, Middle East, etc.).
Ability to understand financial, billing, accounting, or business management software (added advantage).
Personality Traits
Highly target-driven with a strong ownership mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Excellent relationship-building ability with global customers.
Fast execution, disciplined follow-up, and strong closing skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business / Marketing / IT / Engineering.
MBA in International Business (preferred but optional).
