Role Overview
The selected teacher will work with young learners (ages 3-7), focusing on early literacy, numeracy, communication skills, and social-emotional development through interactive and play-based learning methods.

with a passion for early education
Key Responsibilities
Teach and engage students in KG to Grade 2 using activity-based and experiential methods
Develop strong
spoken English skills
and confidence among young learners
Use storytelling, songs, phonics, and hands-on activities
Introduce global cultural awareness and inclusive classroom practices
Collaborate with Indian teachers for curriculum alignment
Maintain a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
Eligibility & Preferences
Candidates from
African or European countries
are welcome
Native or near-native
English proficiency
is mandatory
Background in Early Childhood Education / Primary Education preferred
Experience with Montessori, EYFS, IB-PYP, or equivalent frameworks is an advantage
PhD scholars / international students in India
with teaching aptitude may apply
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related fields
Teaching certification or training preferred
Prior experience with young learners is an advantage (not mandatory for strong candidates)
