to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple regions, including North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent for roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions across various functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end global recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop global recruiting strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate and requisition data.
Coordinate with regional HR teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring practices.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
Represent the company at global recruitment events, virtual career fairs, and employer branding initiatives
