Hiring for International BPO

Position: International Sr.Technical Support Voice process ( Technical Support )

Location: Noida Sector 60 ( Work from Office )

Salary : 5 LPA

Perks : Both side cabs (as per hiring location)

Work Schedule: 5 days working, rotational shift.

Requirements:

1. A graduate with 18+ months of relevant experience in international voice process & overall 18 months of experience is mandatory

2. Strong communication.

3. Candidates with prior experience in technical support will give an add on advantage.

4. Comfortable with Night Shifts.

5. Strong understanding of networking concepts (L1&L2 support).

6. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key skills:

1. Should have excellent communication skills.

2. Should have good technical knowledge on IPS, router, modem. Networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, IP address, MAC address, firewall.

3. Candidates should have inbound calling experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
