The role involves end-to-end counselling, application processing, coordination with internal teams and associates, and ensuring a seamless admission experience for students.Key Responsibilities:Student Counselling & Guidance:- Assist students in planning international education and career pathways aligned with their academic profile and long-term goals- Guide students on suitable study options in overseas universities, particularly in the UK and Ireland- Respond promptly and accurately to student enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactionsAdmissions & Application Processing:- Stay updated on admission procedures, entry requirements, and entrance examinations for international universities- Manage the end-to-end application process, including online and paper-based submissions- Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of required documents and applicationsCoordination & Partner Management:- Coordinate with branches and associate partners regarding pending documents, application status, and payments- Resolve queries from branches and associates through email and phone communication- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal teams and partner institutionsPerformance, Compliance & Engagement:- Work toward defined performance and enrolment targets while maintaining high counselling standards- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance guidelines, and quality benchmarks- Contribute to a professional work environment by meeting deadlines and delivering a positive experience for students and associates- Actively participate in education fairs, university visits, webinars, and in-house seminars organized by the companyPreferred Candidate Profile:- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; background in Education, Counselling, or International Studies preferred- Strong understanding of international education systems, admission procedures, and counselling practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging students, parents, and partner institutions- Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple applications and deadlines- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with the ability to deliver results- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and online application portals- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to learn- Prior experience in overseas education consulting, admissions counselling, or study abroad services is highly preferredWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses and incentives- Exposure to UK & Ireland university admissions and international education processes- Professional growth in a structured, process-driven organization (ref:updazz.com)
