Job Summary:

The Student Counselor is responsible for guiding students who are interested in studying abroad. The role involves providing accurate and updated information about universities, courses, admission requirements, visa procedures, and post-study opportunities across countries such as the

UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Europe

.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding abroad study options, course selection, and career pathways. Assist students in choosing suitable universities and programs based on their profile, preferences, and budget. Guide students through the entire

admissions process

-- from application to offer letter. Support students with

SOP (Statement of Purpose), LOR (Letters of Recommendation), and resume preparation

. Provide detailed guidance on

visa documentation and interview preparation

. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about international education systems, visa policies, and university requirements. Coordinate with universities, admission departments, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth application processing. Achieve monthly counseling and admission targets. Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events. Maintain accurate student records in CRM or internal systems. Provide post-visa services like accommodation, pre-departure briefing, and travel assistance.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in any discipline. 0-3 years of experience in

student counseling or overseas education consulting

. Strong knowledge of study destinations (UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Customer-oriented with attention to detail and ability to multitask. Target-driven and able to work independently or in a team environment.

Pay: ₹15,849.99 - ₹35,408.56 per month
