Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits clearly Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions o Generate qualified leads and close sales Maintain call quality, compliance, and data accuracy o Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Update CRM with accurate call dispositions

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory experience in Solar Sales / Solar Telesales Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Comfortable working early morning shifts Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

Shift Timing

: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Fixed early morning shift)

Salary:

Up to ?30,000 - ?50,000 per month (Fixed salary + performance-based incentives)
