Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned International SEO & GTM Lead to drive Nway ERP's expansion into global markets (USA, GCC, and others).
This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end SEO & GTM strategy: site architecture, landing page builds, organic & paid traffic, conversion optimization, and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has deep technical SEO expertise, experience in multi-country launches, analytics, CRO, and strong collaboration skills with dev, product, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define international site architecture, domain strategy (ccTLD / subfolder / subdomain), URL structure, hreflang, canonical, and indexing for multiple country/language sites.
Research market-specific keywords, search intent, and buyer behavior for target markets (US, GCC, others).
Create localized content, build landing pages, and ensure SEO-friendly code, page speed, and UX/CRO readiness.
Launch organic SEO campaigns and coordinate paid campaigns to generate initial traffic and conversion data.
Implement analytics & tracking: GA4, GSC, UTM tagging, conversion goals, and dashboards.
Continuous optimization: On-page SEO, content updates, backlinks, technical audits, CRO (A/B tests, heatmaps), and conversion improvements.
Provide regular reports aligning SEO & GTM performance to business KPIs (leads, MQLs, conversions).
Key Skills & Experience
5+ years SEO experience, including 1-2 full international market launches (GCC, USA, or similar).
Hands-on technical SEO: domain strategy, hreflang, canonical, indexing, site architecture, crawl & index audits.
Strong command over tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, page speed & Core Web Vitals, GSC, GA4, basic HTML/CSS.
Proven track record: landing pages + content + SEO + CRO + conversion optimisation, delivering leads / MQLs / demo requests.
Familiarity with paid advertising channels and integration with organic campaigns.
Excellent collaboration & project management: ability to work with dev/product/content/marketing teams across time zones.
Excellent written & spoken English; familiarity with GCC / US search & buyer patterns a plus.
Nice to have: SaaS/B2B/ERP domain experience, multilingual / localization (Arabic or other).
Key Result Areas (KRA) & KPIs
International market SEO & GTM setup: Correct site architecture, hreflang, canonical, sitemap, robots.txt, zero critical crawl/index issues.
Organic traffic growth (new markets): MoM growth in sessions, increase in indexed pages per region.
Keyword visibility & SERP performance: % of target keywords in top SERP positions, improved CTR for landing pages.
Landing page performance & conversions: CRtarget benchmark, number of leads/MQLs/demo requests, reduced bounce rate, improved session metrics.
Backlink profile & domain authority: growth in referring domains, domain/page authority, overall SEO authority score trending upward.
Technical health & UX maintenance: Page load time & Core Web Vitals within acceptable limits, mobile usability = zero issues.
Cross channel & paid/organic synergy: CPL, ROAS, accurate UTM attribution.
Reporting, insights & continuous optimization: Monthly dashboards, quarterly reviews with actionable roadmap, at least one major optimization/test per quarter.
