Key Responsibilities
Manage a mix of inbound and outbound customer interactions, including both voice and non-voice channels (e.g., email, chat).
Provide professional and efficient support to international customers.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about services.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer communications.
