About the Role:
We are looking for a highly presentable and confident
School Admin Coordinator
to join our dynamic online school team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with global parents and students. You will be the face of the institution, ensuring seamless coordination and support across multiple departments and international time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for parents and students from over 135+ countries.
Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written) with global stakeholders.
Guide parents and students about school systems, training schedules, and academic processes.
Coordinate between students, parents, and global teaching staff.
Handle virtual queries promptly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, or calls.
Maintain and manage student records and administrative files.
Ensure smooth scheduling of classes, orientations, and follow-ups.
Support operational and academic teams in day-to-day tasks.
Deliver a high level of service and support to ensure an excellent user experience.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent English communication
skills -- both verbal and written.
Highly
presentable, confident, and professional
demeanor.
Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Willingness to work 6 days a week from office.
Preferred Candidate:
Female, unmarried, below 30 years.
Smart, articulate, and service-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹17,541.72 - ₹45,000.00 per month
