We're looking for a dynamic

Sales Trainer

to support and develop our International B2B Sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international voice processes and the ability to deliver impactful, results-driven training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Train new hires and upskill existing team members in B2B sales techniques Monitor calls, provide feedback, and coach for performance improvement Develop and update training material aligned with sales goals Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer interactions

Requirements:

Experience in international voice/BPO sales Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to coach and motivate teams
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
